ABOUT

I’m Callum Carter, a personal trainer and coach based in Bath.
My passion is simple, helping people move better, get stronger, and enjoy life with more confidence in their bodies.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients from those getting back into training after injury, to people wanting to build strength and muscle, to golfers looking to improve their performance on the course.

What connects all of them is the desire to move without limitations and feel the benefits of training in everyday life.
 

More recently, I’ve specialised in working with golfers. By improving mobility, building functional strength, and addressing the common restrictions that can affect a swing. Helping golfers unlock more power, consistency, and longevity in their game.

When I first started PT sessions with Callum, I had no idea what I was doing in the gym, how to use any of the equipment and I had no confidence. 5 months on and I have a plan to follow, I feel stronger and I'm 100% more confident, not only using the equipment but also in my body and ability. I started gym work about a year ago after being introduced to exercise medicine in Australia. Callum is a remarkable personal trainer. He is sensitive to all the right issues: the client’s wishes and needs; the importance of developing the right technique; what it is possible to achieve within a particular period of time; and most important of all, client safety and security. He gets on well with younger and older clients alike and is firm but fair in the challenges he sets you. I’ve made good progress, really look forward to going to the gym for training sessions, and have the motivation and skills to continue the good work by myself. Very strongly recommended.
